I saw news of Michael Ealy joining the show previously and thought that he'd make a great addition to the cast. He can bring a really nuanced character to life, as any 'Sleeper Cell' fan could attest. Ealy plays the good intentioned but tormented role to a tee, it'll be interesting to see if this will be the role he plays or if they cast him against type (a la' John Cho).

If they are able to get Michael K. Williams on board as well it could only be good news.

I'll also say I'm glad to hear that the cast will be shifting. The feeling that anyone may be killed off with new characters rotating in really raises the stakes. The loss of Gough brought that point home. I like where it seems to be going. I get a bit of a 'MI6' ('Spooks' in the US) vibe to it. Now in it's eighth season 'MI6' brings a high-stakes feel to any of their engagements simply with the specter of death looming. Hopefully, FlashForward capitalizes on this non-permanence by backing it up with some more bloodletting.
